1. What this service is

StockSense displays market data, company fundamentals and ownership disclosures for stocks listed on Indian (NSE) and US exchanges, along with screening tools and AI-generated commentary. It is an information tool. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and it is not registered with SEBI, the SEC or any other financial regulator.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Screener results, ranked lists, institutional-flow figures and AI-written summaries describe data; they do not tell you what to do with it. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. Investing carries risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital, and past performance does not indicate future results.

3. Accuracy and availability

Data is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. It is aggregated from third-party sources and from companies' own regulatory filings, and may contain errors originating upstream, errors introduced in processing, or gaps where a source could not be read.

Specific limitations worth knowing: prices may be delayed; Indian company fundamentals and shareholding patterns are disclosed quarterly and may therefore be up to several months old; banks and insurers use a different reporting format and their fundamentals are deliberately left blank rather than approximated; and only trades above regulatory disclosure thresholds appear in bulk and block deal listings. The service may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. AI-generated content

Some explanations are generated by a large language model from recent price data and news headlines. Such output can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong, including stating things with unwarranted confidence. Treat it as a starting point for your own research, never as a conclusion.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service for personal, non-commercial research. Do not scrape, bulk-download or redistribute the data, attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication, or use the service in a way that degrades it for others. Access may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Third-party data

Market data originates from third parties including Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, Twelve Data and the National Stock Exchange of India. Those providers' own terms apply to their data, and their names and marks belong to them. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, nor by any listed company shown.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this service is not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of the service or reliance on anything shown on it.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
